Als Spezialisten für Zerspanung präsentieren wir immer wieder richtungsweisende Fertigungsprozesse und Werkzeuge für die Automotivebranche und die Medizintechnik. Gemeinsam mit Kunden erarbeiten wir zukunftsgerichtete Werkzeugtechnologien. Dabei stimmen wir Substrate, Geometrien und Beschichtungen sorgfältig auf die jeweiligen Anforderungen ab. Wir fokussieren uns auf rotationssymmetrische Werkzeuge mit 0,1 bis 8 mm Durchmesser. Höchste Bearbeitungsgenauigkeit und Prozesssicherheit stehen im Vordergrund. In unserem Standardprogramm bieten wir Werkzeuge zum Zentrieren, Anfasen, Bohren, Reiben und Senken. Unser Anspruch besteht darin, mit unseren Werkzeugen einen messbaren Mehrwert für unsere Kunden zu schaffen. Wesentlich wirtschaftlicher und zuverlässiger als bisher gelingt das mit unseren neuen Standardwerkzeugen. Dabei können Kunden auf unsere herausragende Kompetenz vertrauen.

Gewinde bohren & fräsen

Das Gewindekernlochbohrprogramm der HB microtec bietet für jegliche Bohroperation das richtige Werkzeug.

Ab M1 bis M8 für alle Gewindevarianten: Gewindefräser, Gewindeformer, Gewindewirbler usw. Die gesamte Palette ist aus einer Hand: ACTIONDRILL und TARGETDRILL decken jeden Durchmesser, jede Tiefe und jedes Material ab. Jedes dieser Werkzeuge ist darauf ausgelegt, Ihnen Prozesszeiten zu sparen, Oberflächengüten zu verbessern und die Prozesssicherheit zu erhöhen – besonders bei schwer zerspanbaren Werkstoffen wie Titanlegierungen oder Edelstahllegierungen (INOX) in der Mikrobearbeitung.

Bei der HB microtec sind jetzt auch im Standard Gewindewirbler ab M1 mit 5 Zähnen und Integrierter Kühlung zu haben. Ein besonderes Highlight sind die neuen Gewindebohrfräser ab M2, die mit oder ohne Integrierter Kühlung zu haben sind.
